Piantare i semi del cambiamento

Parliamo di qualcosa di incredibile che abbiamo fatto insieme e che sta avendo un impatto reale non solo sulla nostra organizzazione ma anche nel mondo esterno. Riguarda il piantare alberi e lo straordinario viaggio che abbiamo intrapreso per creare un futuro più sostenibile. .

Ogni volta che qualcuno di nuovo si unisce alla nostra famiglia presso la filiale britannica di Generali, lo invitiamo a far parte di qualcosa di veramente speciale e hiediamo loro di piantare un albero nella nostra Generali UK Branch Forest. Come puoi piantare un albero comodamente da casa tua? Abbiamo collaborato con TREEDOM , una piattaforma online che ti consente di piantare un albero da tutto il mondo. I nuovi iscritti ricevono un collegamento il primo giorno che mostra loro un elenco di alberi (mango, papaya, caffè) e un elenco di posizioni. Una volta fatta la scelta, basta un clic., poi ricevono una notifica e possono verificare la crescita del loro albero in qualsiasi momento. È un modo semplice per dire loro ""Benvenuti a bordo e facciamo la differenza insieme!"" !”

Questa iniziativa non riguarda solo i numeri, ma riguarda il ruolo che possiamo svolgere come datore di lavoro responsabile.Imparare

  1. Learning a conoscere la nostra cultura: : quando un nuovo membro si unisce, ci prendiamo il tempo per condividere perché la sostenibilità è importante per noi. È un modo per conoscere i valori fondamentali di Generali con azioni tangibili che avranno un impatto a livello globale.

  2. Team bonding: Legame di squadra: stiamo piantando le radici dell'etica del nostro team. Condividendo la nostra passione per questa iniziativa, abbiamo creato legami che vanno oltre le nostre attività quotidiane. Ha stimolato conversazioni e acceso una passione condivisa per un mondo più verde, sia sul lavoro che nella vita personale. .


Indovina un po? Da quando abbiamo iniziato questo viaggio, abbiamo piantato collettivamente 155 alberi in 65 paesi. Non ci fermeremo qui! Entro la fine del 2023 ci siamo impegnati a piantare altri 20 alberi, e continueremo con questa iniziativa nei prossimi anni.E qui sta la parte bella: questa iniziativa non si limita al nostro posto di lavoro. Si tratta di portare a casa questo senso di responsabilità. .

Si tratta di ispirare le nostre comunità a unirsi e apportare un cambiamento positivo,festeggiamo quindi questo viaggio nel piantare alberi non solo come un'iniziativa aziendale ma come un impegno collettivo. .

Planting seeds of change

Let’s talk about something incredible we’ve been doing together that’s making a real impact not only on our organisation but also in the outside world. It’s about planting trees and the amazing journey we embarked on to create a more sustainable future.

Whenever someone new joins our family at Generali UK Branch, we invite them to be part of something really special. We ask them to plant a tree in our Generali UK Branch Forest. How can you plant a tree from the comfort of your own home? We partnered with TREEDOM – an online platform that allows you to plant a tree from all over the world. New joiners receive a link on their first day showing them a list of trees (mango, papaya, coffee) and a list of locations. Once they made their choice, it takes just a click. They receive a notification, and they can check on the growth of their tree at any time. It’s a simple way to tell them “Welcome on board and let’s make a difference together!”

This initiative isn’t just about numbers, it’s about the role we can play as a responsible employer.


  1. Learning about our culture: When a new member joins, we take the time to share why sustainability matters to us. It’s a way to learn about Generali core values with tangible action that will have an impact globally.

  2. Team bonding: we are planting the roots of our team ethos. By sharing our passion for this initiative, we have created bonds beyond our daily tasks. It’s sparked conversations and ignited a shared passion for a greener world, both at work and our in personal lives.


Guess what? Since we began this journey, we’ve collectively planted 155 trees across 65 countries. We won’t stop here! By the end of 2023 we are committed to plant 20 more trees, and we will continue with this initiative in the coming years.

And here is the beautiful part – this initiative is not confined to our workplace. It’s about taking this sense of responsibility home. It’s about inspiring our communities to join in and make a positive change.
