Generali’s markets across Asia celebrate International Women’s Day
Generali’s Asia markets held a series of events before, during, and after International Women’s Day to show support for inclusion.
In India, Generali Central Life Insurance hosted talks and themed activities to appreciate the leadership, resilience and contributions of women’s colleagues. Generali Central Insurance launched a campaign called “Happy Women’s Pay” to share a strong message of pay equity and also partnered with the Sikkim Football Association (SFA) as the Title Sponsor for the Senior Women’s Football League 2026 to support women’s football.
Generali Malaysia hosted La Femmina events across six branches, engaging 236 women in creative and wellness workshops like DIY Lipstick, Floral Design, and Aerial Yoga. They also held the “Together, We Give & We Gain Bazaar,” featuring bouquet crafting, local vendors, and self-care treats. The event fostered empowerment and community, highlighting an inclusive culture.
Under the theme “Empowering Her Light, Protecting Her Tomorrow,” Generali China honored women’s contributions and reinforced its DEI commitment through a special event to honor female leaders.
Generali Hong Kong marked the day with sweet cupcake treats, encouraging colleagues to share the joy beyond the office. The simple gesture created a warm, inclusive atmosphere across the team.
Generali Vietnam celebrated IWD with a “blind bag” activity, where colleagues had a chance to pick either sweet treats or beauty gifts.
