On March 11th 2011 Japan has been struck by one of the most powerful earthquakes ever experienced, with such an intensity that caused a terrible tsunami and the Fukushima nuclear disaster. Keiko Ando Mei, Director of Japanese Cultural Institute in Milan, tells us how her country deals with this kind of disasters and how even the most negative experiences can represent an opportunity of deep knowledge and improvement, giving us a look on Japanese culture.
