Our internal dealing procedure governs market disclosure requirements and the limitations on relevant transactions.
The procedure covers the disclosure of information to the market on relevant transactions, i.e. equal to or exceeding 5,000 euros, carried out in the calendar year by internal dealers (relevant parties) of the company or by individuals closely associated with them, involving listed shares issued by Generali or subsidiaries listed in EU regulated markets and linked financial instruments. These communications are made using a specific template prepared by Borsa Italiana.
As part of its update of internal rules and in compliance with the applicable regulations – in particular the entry into force, from 3rd July 2016, of Regulation (EU) n. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse - the company is currently amending its Policy on internal dealing.
