Global Graduate Program
The Global Graduate Program is a journey that will open your mind and kickstart your international career at Generali.
This 18-month program will give a great start to your professional career and help you develop your knowledge and experience, gaining guidance from some of the most influential people in our industry, in one of the top global insurance companies.
Developing while you work
You will have the opportunity to learn and work in different business functions while building your future career path. You will experience international job rotations, together with on-the-job and off-the-job training, and virtual on-line studies. Group and individual project works will be present throughout the program as well consistent and structured feedback.
You will be able to combine the global strategic perspective of Head Office with the specific challenges of the local business unit in different Countries, working with a wide community of international professionals.
A top-class training program
During the 18-months program, you will attend the “Generali MIB Masters in Insurance Management” provided by MIB School of Management, one of the most prestigious business schools at international level in insurance, in partnership with Generali. This is a unique chance, adding great value to your professional growth , providing you with both great technical knowledge and leadership skills development, thus boosting your development.

What are the requirements for applying to the program?
You must have recently graduated or be about to graduate. You must speak English to a professional standard and be available to start from September in the year of application. You must have less than 2 years’ work experience (excluding internships).
What kind of documents should I attach to my application?
We require you to attach your CV and a cover letter. We’re happy to receive other supporting documents too.
In what language should I send my application?
Please send us your application in English.
I am completing an MBA. Can I still apply?
We are looking for participants with a full first degree, but not an MBA.
I live in a country where Generali is not present. Can I still apply?
We accept candidates from all over the world.
When and how will I know if I have been selected?
We will give you constant feedback along the whole selection process via e-mail or by phone.
Where will the different selection steps and interviews take place?
Most of the selection steps are online. The final assessment will take place at Generali Head Offices in Italy.
Where will the program rotations take place?
You could be asked to work anywhere where Generali is present.
Will accommodation be provided by Generali during the program rotations?
Yes, we will provide you with accommodation throughout the whole program.
Will Generali help me get a work visa if necessary?
Yes, we will help you, but you will have to provide the necessary documents.
Do I have to speak the local language for the program rotations and final position?
We work primarily in English. You may be assigned to a location where your mother language is spoken or where a certain knowledge of other languages could be useful. We will discuss this with you.
Will I be paid during the program?
Yes, you will be an employee of Generali.
What happens at the end of the program?
You’ll be assigned your landing position and continue as an employee of Generali.
