Diversity and Inclusion
We develop and nurture our people by promoting diversity and through every inclusion initiative that can facilitate this, because we regard both as valuable and enriching opportunities. Accordingly, diversity and inclusion are comprehensively addressed in our Code of Conduct, in addition to being deeply rooted in our values.
We therefore manage our personnel through an integrated approach, designed to create an inclusive working environment that encourages the attainment of individual potential and leverages this in the achievement of organisational goals.
To govern these sensitive processes, we created the roles of Group Chief D&I Sponsor, responsible for supporting and implementing the diversity strategy, and Group HR D&I Officer, tasked with establishing and implementing policies in all the countries where the group operates.
