Resignation of Directors Nagel and Vinci

Trieste – Pursuant to Article 36 of the Law no. 214 of 2011, the following members of the Board of Directors resigned today from their post:

  • Alberto Nicola Nagel, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee and member of the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee;
  • Francesco Saverio Vinci, member of the Remuneration Committee and of the Investments Committee.
