Assicurazioni Generali announces that, upon the request of Consob, on Saturday June 2nd the Board of Directors will meet to discuss with the following agenda: 1) deliberations pursuant to art. n. 2381, paragraphs two and three of the Italian Civil Code; 2) deliberations pursuant to articles 2386 and 2389 of the Italian Civil Core; and any other business relating to points 1) and 2) above.
