Assicurazioni Generali was founded on 26 December 1831 and its Memorandum of Association includes the first version of its Articles of Association.
The Company’s Articles of Association have often been changed by resolutions
adopted by the relevant governing bodies.
In September 2010, the Company’s Board of Directors approved important changes
to adapt its Articles of Association to the legislation introduced by Law no.
27 of 27 January 2010 “Implementation of Directive 2007/36/EC on the exercise
of certain rights of shareholders in listed companies”
The Articles of Association are available in the official Italian version and
in several other languages.
