The Annual Information Document - drawn up in compliance with Article no. 54
of the Regulation on Issuers - provides all the information that has been published or made available by an issuer of financial instruments admitted to trading in a regulated market over the previous twelve months.
The Annual Information Document is lodged with Consob (Italian National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange) and made
available to the public every year by the twentieth day following the publication
of the issuer's financial statements, under the relevant European and national
legislation.
The document drawn up by Assicurazioni Generali is divided into 7 categories: Press Releases, Press Announcements, Corporate Information, Analyst Presentations,
Internal Dealing Disclosures, Disclosures of Changes in Share Capital, Financial
and Accounting Records. Each one indicates the subject of the document, its date
