The selection process is diversified depending on applicant's professional experience:

Assessment Centre (Group) including tests, group exercises and a focus interview
for junior profiles;

Assessment Centre (Individual) for senior profiles.
In both cases the Assessment is followed by a technical interview with the Line Manager.
Candidates’ characteristics
We search for candidates with these preferred qualifications:

brilliant academic career, preferably with a post-graduate master's degree;

fluency in English and, possibly, in a second foreign language;

readiness to move at national and international level;
