Selection and recruitment

  
Personnel selection is coordinated by the Parent Company and managed by the HR Departments of the different Italian companies.
 
A database of online applications has been set up for administrative positions to which every Generali Group company operating in Italy has access.
 
Recruitment
 
With a view to meeting and recruiting newly graduates, the Group participates in Career days, companies presentations and Recruiting days and collaborates with bodies and universities organising master’s degrees in economic/financial and legal topics.
 
Selection
 
The selection process is diversified depending on applicant's professional experience:
  1. Assessment Centre (Group) including tests, group exercises and a focus interview for junior profiles;
  2. Assessment Centre (Individual) for senior profiles.
In both cases the Assessment is followed by a technical interview with the Line Manager.

Graduates joining our company must meet the following requirements, which are essential to develop the Group managerial competencies:

Internships
