In order to betterunderstand the point of view of all the Generali Group colleagues on the topics that mainly influence anyone’s workexperience, such as the relationship with the Organization, with the Management, with the
Manager, with colleagues and with one’s professional role, the Generali Group
in Italy organizes the Ascoltiamoci survey every two years.
The third edition was launched duringthe summer 2011 and almost 9.000 employees of the Generali Group in Italy were involved.It gained an overall participation rate of 82%.
Many positivepoints came out of the analysis. Above all:
the sense of pride working in the Group companies
the commitment of employees
the sense of belonging that gives Generali such a strong identity.
These produce furtherpositive benefits, such as:
an appreciation of the way in which everyone contributes to the attainment of
common objectives
a sense of responsibility for results
the importance attached to personal professional development.
This year we also became aware of the need to continue working on matters linked
to recognition of merit, especially on understanding the methods and criteria
that promote professional growth.
These are important matters that may contribute significantly to people’s continuing
and effective sense of involvement.
